Job Description

1. Technical Expertise
(i) Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques.
(ii) Understands different programming languages and ability to solve problems in coding, testing and deployment.
(iii) Possesses good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements.
(iv) Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements.

2. Management Skills

Roles and Responsibilities
Technical
(i) Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases
(ii) Able to guide the team through the development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively
(iii) Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration
(iv) Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation
(v) Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning and manage software and hardware availability
(vi) Must provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members

Management
(i) Ensure standard operating procedures and project guidelines are in place
(ii) Task allocation and performance evaluation of team members
(iii) Project scheduling and resource management
(iv) Planning, budgeting and reporting on projects
(v) Make presentations on project status, present monthly and annual reports to senior management
(vi) Meet with client teams and gather requirements, conduct regular team meetings and track project progress
(vii) Interview candidates and hire resources
(viii) Conduct performance reviews of team members and identify areas of improvement, give feedback and recommend for promotions or salary increments
(ix) Estimate project budgets, coordinate with finance department for funds and plan for purchasing of equipment and hardware in a cost-effective way

Job Description

As an Associate Technical Support Engineer, you will provide support to our customers for diagnosing, reproducing, and fixing software related issues. You will troubleshoot in application customization, its set up, data related issues, device integration with software and take ownership of problem isolation and resolution, and bug reporting. To be successful in this role, you must be a motivated self-starter, be committed to ongoing self-education, possess strong customer service skills and have excellent technical problem solving skills.

Requirements
(i) Resolve customer problems via telephone, email or remote access
(ii) Maintain customer loyalty through integrity and accountability
(iii) Research customer issues in a timely manner and follow up directly with the customer with recommendations and action plans
(iv) Escalate cases to management when customer satisfaction comes into question
(v) Escalate cases to the engineering team when the problem is beyond the scope of technical support or falls out of the support teams expertise
(vi) Maintain control and management of the overall resolution for any escalated case, even when cross-functional groups are involved
(vii) Leverage internal technical expertise, including development engineers, knowledge base, and other internal tools to provide the most effective solutions to customer issues
(viii) Create knowledge base content to capture new learning for re-use throughout the company and user base
(ix) Participate in technical communications within the team to share best practices and learn about new technologies and other ecosystem applications
(x) Participate in the on-call rotation with other Technical Support Engineers

3. Preferred Qualifications
(i) 1-3 years of enterprise software support experience
(ii) A strong and enthusiastic commitment to resolving customer problems in a high quality and timely manner
(iii) Support/troubleshooting experience in the following areas:SaaS Based Application
(iv)Ability to compile and install Linux applications from source
(v) Distributed file system exp.
(vi) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
(vii) Enthusiastic about SaaS based application
(viii) Good written and verbal communication skills with a strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer facing environment

Support the preparation of the annual budget for the school to enable the School Business Manager HR and Finance / Headteacher to submit to the Governing Body and provide specific expertise in long-term HR financial management.

Role & Responsibilities:
(i)Managing the salary budgeting and monitoring processes, including monthly reconciliation of salaries
(ii) Ensuring the school has appropriate HR financial systems and managing all aspects of the school’s HR financial in accordance with these agreed policies and timetable; ensuring accurate financial records are maintained, and reporting on a regular basis to the Head Teacher and Governors

We are looking for a user-experience designer responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes. You will also design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it to ensure a great user experience.
